Jammu and Kashmir: The Heaven on Earth

Lauded for its bewitching beauty, Jammu and Kashmir Tourism has influenced several poets, thinkers and saints. In 1588, King Akbar captured the territory and set up his Mughal Empire here. Having enjoyed the swaying shikara ride through the streaming waters of Dal lake, one can take a sightseeing tour in Jammu and Kashmir to the formal Mughal Gardens like the Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Chasm-e-shahi and Pari Mahal. These gardens were laid out by King Jahangir and are located between the Dal Lake and the mountain ranges. Thus, Jammu and Kashmir Travel is a saga that has no end to it.
