Ajmer: The Citadel of Rajasthan

Embroidered with the Aravalli Ranges, Ajmer is popularly known as a pilgrimage destination. Tourists from all over the world visit Ajmer to pay their respect to Sufi Saint Khwaja Chisti's shrine, called as Dargah Sharif. Discovered by Prithviraj Chauhan, Ajmer is also known as Ajaymeru.
